In our search for a home on Oak Island, Rasa began with a great first meeting, which besides the expected needs analysis and budget discussion, actually included her actually a map of Oak Island to give us a great first look at the lay of the land and where different residential and business locations were. We worked two homes through to the inspection phase before deciding the work involved was too expensive to venture into before finally settling on the house we were buying. For renovations in that house, Rasa recommended a plumber who came to the house, discovered a city-level sewage issue and together they had the City of Oak Island's water department on site and found a (city-paid) solution literally within 30 minutes. Her assistant, Bill Craft, is unfailingly polite, helpful, punctual, and informative. Here's why after buying several homes over the course of our lives, we'd have to place Rasa at the top of the list: unbelievable level of customer service, whether in person, on the phone, or via text/email, outgoing personality, good listener, great local contacts, lots of patience, process expertise, and a personality that makes every outing a pleasure."
